Important Information

Conference Registration Fee: $199.00 USD per person, non-refundable

Hotel Negotiated Rate: $259.00 USD/ night plus 14% state & local taxes and $0.25 CA Tourism Tax. This rate applies for single or double occupancy.

Room Block: A block of rooms have been reserved at the San Francisco Marriott from March 31 - April 3, 2008, and on a limited basis pre- and post-conference. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. PST and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. PST.

Cancellations: Individuals are responsible for their room, tax, registration fee and incidental charges. All cancellations must be submitted via e-mail to ExxonMobilConference@TBAGlobal.com. One night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card indicated if hotel room cancellations are received after 12:00 p.m. EST on March 26, 2008. *There will be no refunds for the conference registration fee.

Smoking: The hotel is 100% smoke-free. This includes all guest rooms, restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms and public space.

Cost Reimbursement: Conference costs may be reimbursable through some Brand Development Funds (US BDF, LA BDF). Please validate with you local DBC.

Air Travel: Conference attendees are responsible for arranging their own air travel. ExxonMobil employees must contact EMTS at 1-888-662-8785, or their affiliate's designated local travel service.

Ground Travel: No free service is offered. Please refer to the following information:

  • San Francisco Airport (SFO) is located 13 miles from the hotel. Subway service is approximately $5.15 USD (one way), and estimated taxi fare is $40.00 USD (one way).
  • Oakland Airport (OAK) is located 19 miles from the hotel. Subway service is approximately $3.35 USD (one way), and estimated taxi fare is $51.00 USD (one way).
  • San Jose Airport (SJC) is located 45 miles from the hotel. Estimated taxi fare is $167.00 USD (one way).

Hotel Parking: On-site fees: $11.00 USD hourly and $50.00 USD daily

Valet fee: $50.00 USD daily

Tourism: Based on availability, hotel rates are secured for three (3) days before and after the Conference. Following registration, you will receive information regarding San Francisco's many attractions for your travel planning. In addition, a San Francisco travel concierge will be available to assist you during the week of the Conference.
