Individuals are responsible for their room, tax, registration fee and incidental charges. All cancellations must be submitted via e-mail to ExxonMobilConference@TBAGlobal.com. One night of room and tax will be charged to the credit card indicated if hotel room cancellations are received after 12:00 p.m. EST on March 26, 2008. *There will be no refunds for the conference registration fee.
Vendor Tradeshow:
Exhibiting companies will receive a full refund for tradeshow registration and additional sponsorship cancellations submitted via e-mail to ExxonMobilConference@TBAGlobal.com no later than February 29, 2008. No refund will be provided to exhibiting companies for tradeshow registration and additional sponsorship cancellations received after February 29, 2008.
